TransGrid's Graduate Development Program provides holistic on the job learning and development in the disciplines of engineering and accountancy. The Program provides graduates with a unique experience allowing them to gain an insight into different areas of the business, as well as the chance to work with our many recognised subject experts.
In addition to the Graduate Development Program, TransGrid also offers an Undergraduate Work Experience Program to undergraduate students within the disciplines of Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering and Accounting.
TransGrid is also a governing member of the Australian Power Institute (API). The API is a not for profit national organisation established by the electricity power industry to boost the quality and numbers of power engineering graduates with the skills and motivation for a career in the energy industry. Through the API, TransGrid
