TransGrid Graduate Development Program covers employees in the following streams:
- Accounting
- Electrical Engineering
- Civil Engineering
TransGrid’s Graduate Development Program provides an opportunity for Graduates to develop both their professional and personal skills to assist them in their future career.
All of TransGrid’s employees play a role in ensuring that the Organisations goals and projects are delivered on time, on budget and to specification.
Graduates rotate into a new role every 12 months and generally undertake two or three placements prior to moving onto next level roles within the organisation.
During their rotations graduates are provided with development and support to undertake their duties and over time gain a high degree of independence in their day-to-day work.
TransGrid’s graduate placements are real roles which are integral to the organisation and are important in achieving organisational goals and objectives.
The diversity of placements and locations provides graduates with a unique experience allowing them to gain an insight into different areas as well as offering the opportunity to work with our many recognised subject experts.
