TransGrid, the NSW high-voltage transmission network operator, is proud to announce the launch of a major redesign of its website (www.transgrid.com.au)

 

The new website aims to give TransGrid’s stakeholders the best website experience, while making information easy to find and simple to read.

 

TransGrid undertook user studies and focus groups in design and planning the website before trialling the new look and feel.

 

The TransGrid website is popular with stakeholders and this new revamped site has many enhanced features that are sure please both existing and new users.

 

New website features include, improved search facilities, better information management and navigation, more dynamic graphics, project subscription lists, feedback channels and a fresh new look and feel.

 

TransGrid’s new home page clearly displays links to careers in TransGrid, latest announcements, major capital projects, living and working around powerlines and other key business information.

 

“TransGrid places a high priority on the effectiveness of its website in meeting the needs of our stakeholders for timely information. The new website incorporates best practice ideas and we are confident that the new website will meet the needs of users,” said Mr Michael Gatt, TransGrid’s General Manager of Corporate.
